Our Management

		Mr. William A. Meyer, a founding member and the Director General of both STAR Vietnam and STAR Thailand, has lived and worked in Asia since 1986. He is fluent in English, German and Thai, and has worked extensively in Southeast Asia, Germany and the Middle East.
		Ms. Jamie N. Kieu, our General Manager, is a native of Ho Chi Minh City with over a decade of work experience in the USA. After completing two bachelor’s degrees in Vietnam, she was granted a Fullbright scholarship and went on to complete a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Bentley College in Massachusetts. She is fluent in Vietnamese, English and Mandarin and holds dual Vietnamese and U.S. citizenship.
